JREY® is pleased to provide our Gold Coast client with development approval in result of a successful 'other change' application.

The original development approval for a new house on a rural property was previously obtained by the JREY team, however post-approval our client sourced a building they wished to relocate onto the property in lieu of the new house design. As the building differed notably from that which was on the approved plans an 'other change' application was lodged.
