JREY town planners can attend an online meeting with you, your chosen consultants and Council to discuss your proposal.

Need your development approved? We can prepare and lodge development applications for property projects throughout Queensland.
Have an existing development approval but require a minor change?
Have an existing development approval but it isn’t quite right and needs an overhaul?

If you require a town planner with Planning and Environment Court experience please contact our team to discuss your needs.
Have a development approval but the conditions of development or infrastructure charges aren’t ideal? Within days of obtaining approval you can lodge a request for a negotiated decision notice.
Making a minor amendment to your proposal plans after they have been approved? You can engage JREY to determine if a minor change application is required, OR if this can be avoided by provision of ‘generally in accordance’ advice.
