Dwelling house extensions approved in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area with JREY®.

The proposal sought approval for Building Works to an existing dwelling house on land located at Camp Mountain.

The dwelling house, is a high-set single level home built on pier or pole construction due to the subject site’s topography.

The proposed building works involved a minor extension to the south-east wing and construction of a pool area.

As a result of the proposed works, minor vegetation clearing was approved.
