JREY® has obtained development approval from Brisbane City Council for a new house for a property affected by the Waterway Corridor overlay of Brisbane City Plan 2014.

The proposed new double storey house will replace the existing dwelling which is to be demolished and removed from site.

The following codes were assessed and the project ultimately found to comply with the necessary performance and acceptable outcomes:

• Holland Park-Tarragindi District Neighbourhood Plan Code

• Dwelling House Code

• Waterways Corridor Overlay Code
