Who is our service for?

Urban Planners Queensland are dedicated to being experts in South East Queensland town planning legislation and obtaining development approval. UPQ do not offer project management services for development but can project manage the town planning application to approval and connect you with other industry experts where necessary.

We only service areas within the Urban Footprint of South East Queensland for small to medium scale projects. We do not work with large greenfield sites.

UPQ will always take an initial call or attend a design meeting to discuss your future property development. We want our clients to view us as their ‘internal’ town planner within their business. Once a project starts we ensure your questions are followed up in a timely manner. 



Because Urban Planners Queensland only provide town planning services you know that you are getting the most out of your dollar. Our mission is to obtain your development approval whilst giving the best customer service possible.

Urban Planners Queensland offer an initial 10 minute consultation over the phone and detailed private planning services for a nominal fee. Ongoing clients and referral partners are able to contact us anytime for planning advice.
