Case Studies

Boundary Realignment

Our client’s house was sited over two existing allotments. We sought development approval to have the internal boundary realigned to allow for retention of the character house whilst creating 1 new vacant allotment for a new small lot house design. 

Subdivision

Our client owned an allotment that fell a couple of m2 short of the allowable site area for subdivision. We assisted with the engagement of the surveyor and  negotiated a development approval from the local Council.
